Agile Business Analyst – CRM Transformation

An established charity is looking for an Agile Business Analyst to support a major CRM transformation programme. This is an outside-IR35 engagement on a project that is already in delivery, migrating the organisation’s fundraising operations from Raiser’s Edge to Salesforce.

You will work as part of an Agile delivery team operating monthly sprints, contributing to planning sessions, stand-ups and retrospectives. Responsibilities will include understanding requirements, reviewing user stories and acceptance criteria, testing functionality and supporting the prioritisation of changes for the project’s MVP.

This assignment requires someone who can quickly become productive and operate across business analysis, delivery and testing. You will communicate directly with stakeholders, challenge delays or blockers and deliver show-and-tell sessions for end users. CRM transformation experience is strongly preferred, with Salesforce experience offering a significant advantage.

• Experience delivering business analysis within an active Agile transformation programme.
• Strong requirements, user-story, acceptance-criteria and process-analysis capabilities.
• Experience completing QA or UAT testing and presenting delivered functionality to users.
• A proactive, delivery-focused approach with the confidence to challenge and hold stakeholders accountable.

Rate: £350 per day

IR35 status: Outside IR35

Working pattern: Hybrid - London

Contract: Initial nine-month engagement
