NHS Ambient Voice Technology Project Manager

Rate: Up to £450 per day, outside IR35
Location: North West - 2 days per week on-site

We are seeking an experienced NHS Project Manager to lead the delivery of an Ambient Voice Technology (AVT) programme within an acute NHS Trust.

This is a high-profile programme, focused on improving clinical and non-clinical workflows through the implementation and adoption of innovative voice technology.

The successful candidate will take ownership of project delivery, stakeholder engagement and benefits realisation, ensuring the programme delivers measurable outcomes for the Trust.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the end-to-end delivery of AVT projects, from implementation through to adoption and embedding.
* Manage the deployment of Ambient Voice Technology across clinical and non-clinical environments.
* Drive benefits realisation, ensuring expected outcomes are clearly defined, monitored and delivered.
* Develop and maintain robust project plans, governance, RAID logs and progress reporting.
* Work closely with clinical, operational, digital and programme stakeholders to support successful implementation and adoption.
* Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies and deliverables to ensure key milestones are achieved.
* Support change, engagement and adoption activities to maximise the value and impact of AVT across the organisation.

Essential Experience

* Proven experience delivering Ambient Voice Technology implementations within the NHS.
* Strong acute NHS Trust project management experience.
* Demonstrable experience of delivering digital transformation projects within a complex healthcare environment.
* Experience working with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to drive technology adoption.
* Proven track record in benefits realisation, outcome tracking and delivery against programme objectives.
* Strong understanding of NHS digital delivery, governance and change environments.
