Test Consultants - Ellucian Banner, Higher Education, Data Migration

Xpertise are looking for several Test Consultants (Test Analysts, Senior Test Analyst, Ellucian Banner, Higher Education)

Candidates will have the following ESSENTIAL skills and experience:

• Proven experience as a Senior Test Analyst/Test Analyst within large-scale higher education technology transformation programmes.
• Essential experience with Ellucian Banner and Banner data structures.
• Strong understanding of student systems, higher education platforms and associated business processes.
• Demonstrable experience delivering system, integration and regression testing.
• Experience owning and maintaining Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs).
• Strong data migration testing experience, including reconciliation, transformation validation and data quality assurance.
• Advanced SQL skills, with the ability to interrogate, analyse and validate complex datasets.
• Experience working with Oracle databases and Banner schemas.
• Strong knowledge of defect management processes and testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Xray or Zephyr, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience facilitating User Acceptance Testing with business stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience within Higher Education and large-scale SIS, ERP or cloud migration programmes is essential.
