Test Manager - Ellucian Banner - Higher Education

Xpertise are looking for a Test Manager (Ellucian Banner, Higher Education) for a September start.

Candidates will have the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience as a Test Manager within large-scale technology higher education transformation programmes.
• Strong experience delivering test strategy, planning, governance and programme-level reporting.
• Experience presenting to Programme Boards, Project Boards and senior governance forums.
• Demonstrable success coordinating testing across multiple suppliers, integration streams and stakeholder groups.
• Experience of complex data migration testing and reconciliation activities.
• Strong defect management experience using Jira with Xray or Zephyr, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of system integration testing, end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing and release readiness processes.
• Experience working with cloud transformation, ERP or Student Information System implementations.
• Strong understanding of risk management, quality assurance and testing best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to lead delivery through collaboration and governance rather than direct line management.
• Experience with Ellucian Banner
• Higher Education sector experience or delivery of large-scale SIS/ERP cloud migration programmes is essential
