Test Manager at Formula Recruitment, London, 6 Months, to £550 per day

Test Manager: Contract | Up to £550/day outside IR35 | Hybrid, London | 6 months initial

A major consumer goods business is seeking a contract Test Manager. The programme is consolidating a fragmented estate and standardising how things are done across the group. It's early days, the team is lean and the structure is still being shaped.

As a Test Manager, you'd be setting up the test strategy and governance for the programme from the ground up, defining how testing is planned, resourced and reported on across multiple workstreams as new systems and processes are rolled out.

There's real scope to shape the testing approach for the whole transformation.

As a contract Test Manager you'll be competent in:

• Defining and owning test strategy across multiple concurrent workstreams
• Managing test planning, resourcing and reporting for programme-level delivery
• Coordinating with delivery, QA and business teams to manage risk and coverage
• Working autonomously in an unstructured environment with limited process in place
• Communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working within a retail/consumer business is an excellent advantage.
