We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity and Cyber Resilience programme within a large, complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record delivering DR/BC or cyber resilience projects, ideally within media, broadcasting, telecoms or another 24/7 business-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of DR, Business Continuity and cyber resilience workstreams.
• Identify and document business-critical applications, services and processes.
• Define RTO/RPOs, service dependencies and recovery requirements.
• Lead the development and maintenance of detailed recovery and continuity plans.
• Coordinate and evidence DR/recovery testing, exercises and remediation activity.
• Manage risks, dependencies, gaps, timelines, budgets and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate technical teams, application owners, infrastructure, security and business stakeholders.
• Provide clear senior/executive reporting on resilience readiness, risks, test outcomes and outstanding actions.
• Ensure solutions align with wider operational resilience and cyber resilience objectives.

Required Experience

• Proven Project Management experience delivering Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Operational Resilience or Cyber Resilience programmes.
• Strong understanding of DR planning, recovery testing, RTO/RPO, application criticality and dependency mapping.
• Experience working across complex enterprise technology environments.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical, business and senior/executive audiences.
• Ideally experience within media/broadcasting, telecoms or similarly business-critical/24x7 organisations.
