Change Consultant | Immediate Start

We are working with a growing consulting business that supports mid-market organisations with a range of business, finance and operational transformation programmes.

They are looking for a Change Consultant to join the team and support the delivery of transformation projects across their client base.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 2–3 years of experience who has developed their skills within a consulting environment, ideally with a Big Four background, and is looking to gain further exposure to a variety of transformation initiatives.

Key experience we're looking for:

• 2–3 years' experience in change, transformation or consulting
• Experience supporting change and transformation programmes
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with project coordination, governance and reporting
• Exposure to process improvement and business transformation
• Comfortable working in a client-facing consulting environment
• Big Four or wider consulting experience would be highly desirable

Contract Details:

• Immediate start
• Outside IR35
• 1 day per week onsite in London
• Flexible remote working
• Initial contract with potential for extension
