UAT Test Lead - Salesforce

Xpertise have an urgent requirement for an UAT Test Lead - Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud

Candidates will have the following essential skills and experience:

• Proven experience leading UAT activities within Salesforce environments
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Hands-on experience designing and executing UAT test scenarios and scripts
• Demonstrable experience testing end-to-end integrated business processes
• Knowledge of lead management and customer data flow testing across multiple systems
• Strong experience using Jira and Zephyr for test management and defect tracking
• Ability to elicit test scenarios and requirements from business SMEs
• Experience supporting and coaching non-technical users through UAT execution
• Excellent defect management, triage and reporting capabilities
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Consultancy experience
• Salesforce Certified (nice to have)

Hybrid - 1 day/week in Buckinghamshire - outside IR35
