Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple technology improvements and projects.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, users and third-party development teams.
• Own delivery plans, timelines, dependencies, risks and issues.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear progress reporting.
• Ensure user feedback, testing and approvals are completed on time.
• Coordinate releases and go-live activity while protecting business-as-usual operations.
• Drive delivery against agreed priorities, timelines, budget and quality standards.
• Support Agile ways of working and continuous improvement.

Essential Experience

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager in a technology or digital environment.
• Strong Agile delivery experience.
• Experience managing third-party technology suppliers.
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.
• Strong experience in risk, dependency and delivery management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a live operational environment.
