Network & Systems Administrator at VIQU IT Recruitment, Middlesbrough, £350-£450 per day

6-Month Contract - Outside IR35 - Based in Middlesbrough

VIQU are currently seeking a Network & Systems Administrator to join a large global organisation, supporting and maintaining a broad range of IT infrastructure and systems across the business.

Working as part of the Infrastructure team, you will provide 3rd Line technical support , handling complex BAU queries while also contributing to ongoing infrastructure and migration projects.

• Microsoft 365 / Office 365 / Intune / Exchange Online
• Windows Server
• Active Directory
• Hyper-V or VMware - ideally HCI (Hyper-Converged Infrastructure)
• Entra ID or Okta
• Fortinet / FortiGate Firewalls
• Wireless Technologies
• Basic Networking - Routers / Switches
• Storage, Disaster Recovery and Backup experience would be beneficial

• Provide 3rd Line technical and infrastructure support , resolving complex incidents across infrastructure, networking and end-user computing environments.
• Administer and support Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Intune, Okta and Identity & Access Management (IAM) environments.
• Maintain and troubleshoot networking infrastructure , including Fortinet and Cisco Meraki technologies.
• Support infrastructure and migration projects , including server, platform and legacy on-premises file server migrations.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams within an ITIL-based environment , supporting projects, documenting solutions and implementing technical changes.

The Network & Systems Administrator must be able to commit to working onsite in middlesbrough 3 days per week .
