VIQU has partnered with a major organisation operating a high-traffice eCommerce platform used by millions of customers worldwide.

We're looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join a quality-focused engineering team responsible for delivering responsive, high-performing customer-facing applications. Working within an Agile environment, you'll help shape modern web experiences using React, TypeScript and Node.js whilst contributing to the ongoing evolution of a large-scale digital platform.

Key Responsibilities

Build, test and maintain responsive user interfaces. Develop clean, modular and maintainable code using React, TypeScript, Node.js and Material UI. Collaborate with developers, delivery colleagues and stakeholders. Apply UI performance and responsive design best practices. Investigate defects and support continuous improvement. Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota during peak trading periods.

Key Requirements

Commercial React and TypeScript experience. Practical Node.js experience. Experience building responsive websites. Strong understanding of UI performance best practices. Clean, maintainable coding practices. Excellent analytical and collaborative skills.
