Job Title: Retail Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Retail Business Analyst to join a consultancy-led retail transformation programme.

You will work closely with client stakeholders and delivery teams to define requirements, shape functional solutions and support the implementation of Oracle Retail applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis across merchandising, inventory, supply chain and finance processes.
• Run workshops, capture requirements and translate them into clear functional designs.
• Work with architects and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs while keeping customisation to a minimum.
• Support testing, cutover, business readiness and post-go-live activities.
• Manage relationships across client teams, programme leadership and third-party suppliers.

Experience Required

• Strong Oracle Retail implementation experience, ideally across RMS, ReSA and RPM.
• Good understanding of merchandising, inventory and purchasing processes.
• Previous experience in a consulting, SI or complex transformation environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Comfortable working across both business and technical teams
