SAP Cutover Manager - SAP S/4HANA

Contract: Initial 6 months (Project running until December 2027)
Rate: £600-£650 per day
IR35: Outside IR35

Location: London (Hybrid 3 days in office 2 days from home)

We're looking for an experienced SAP Cutover Manager to lead end-to-end cutover planning, governance and go-live activities on a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.

This is a key role within a complex ERP transformation, requiring someone with proven experience managing cutover activities across business and technical teams while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

Essential Experience

• 10+ years' SAP project experience
• Proven SAP Cutover Management experience on large transformation programmes
• At least 2 full life cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Experience within SAP Retail and SAP Finance environments
• Strong understanding of SAP deployment, go-live and Hypercare processes
• Excellent stakeholder, risk and dependency management skills
• Experience coordinating business, technical, infrastructure, testing and data migration teams

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Cutover Strategy and detailed Cutover Plan
• Lead cutover rehearsals, mock cutovers and go-live activities
• Coordinate cross-functional teams throughout deployment
• Manage risks, dependencies, contingency and rollback plans
• Oversee data migration validation and business sign-off
• Support Hypercare and transition into Business as Usual

Desirable

• SAP SuccessFactors implementation or integration experience
• Experience delivering complex ERP transformation, migration, merger or divestiture programmes

This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term transformation programme running through to December 2027, offering an initial 6-month contract, £600-£650 per day, and Outside IR35 status.
