Senior Business Analyst - Insurance - Application Changes at Korn Ferry, London/Remote, £650 per day

Korn Ferry Project Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a global insurance client undertaking a large-scale application change programme. The work will involve coordinating impact assessments across approximately 167 business applications, managing stakeholders, defining delivery plans, and ensuring change activities are prioritised and delivered across multiple teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead application impact assessments across a complex technology estate.
• Define and coordinate the analysis approach across multiple workstreams.
• Manage stakeholder engagement across business and technology teams.
• Translate requirements into delivery plans and prioritised backlogs.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and implementation considerations.
• Support governance and delivery reporting.

Requirements:

• 5+ years' Business Analysis experience.
• Proven experience delivering application enhancements, system upgrades, integrations, migrations, or large-scale change initiatives.
• Strong insurance industry experience.
• Experience working with multiple technology and business teams simultaneously.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder groups and drive delivery outcomes.
• Agile experience, including backlog management and requirements definition.

This role is Outside of IR35 and requires 2-3 days in the London office
