Junior Business Analyst - Insurance - Application changes at Korn Ferry, London/Remote, 6 Months, £400-£450 per day

Korn Ferry Project Solutions is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support a global insurance client undertaking a large-scale application change programme. The work will involve assessing the impact of changes across approximately 167 business applications, identifying dependencies, gathering requirements, and supporting delivery teams through implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Support impact assessments across approximately 167 applications.
• Engage with business stakeholders and application owners to gather requirements.
• Document processes, system dependencies, and change impacts.
• Maintain requirements, actions, risks, and application inventories.
• Support workshops, testing activities, and backlog management.

Requirements:

• 2+ years' Business Analysis experience.
• Experience supporting application enhancements, system changes, or transformation initiatives.
• Insurance sector experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.
• Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall environments.

This role is Outside of IR35 and requires 2-3 days in the London office
