Business Transformation Consultant (Outside ir35) at GCS, Surrey, 3 to 6 Months, £400-£500 per day

My client who are well known within the utilities industry are looking for a Business Transformation/Customer Journey Consultant to join their team on an initial 6 month contract role (outside ir35)

The ideal candidate would have experience in:

• Customer journey mapping
• Business process mapping
• Customer experience and service design
• Business transformation and operating model design
• Facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders
• Gap analysis and prioritisation
• Change management and implementation planning
• Experience working in the utility experience

This role will require you to be on site 2 days a week in their Surrey office
