Senior Integration Engineer – ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM - £600 pd Outside IR35 / Remote

Our client is looking for a Senior Integration Engineer to join their team and play a key role in delivering robust, scalable integrations across the ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM platform.

In this role, you'll work on enterprise-wide integration solutions connecting ServiceNow with cloud platforms, monitoring tools, identity services, ERP systems, DevOps toolchains, and other business-critical applications. You'll help shape integration architecture, build modern APIs, automate operational workflows, and improve platform reliability through engineering best practices.

What you'll be doing

• Design and deliver scalable, secure ServiceNow ITSM & ITOM integrations
• Develop REST, SOAP, GraphQL and event-driven integrations
• Build automation and orchestration solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise monitoring and observability platforms
• Support CMDB strategy, data quality and governance
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices
• Collaborate with architects, infrastructure teams, product owners and vendors
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical standards and best practices

Key Skills:

• 8+ years' experience in enterprise integration engineering
• 5+ years' experience delivering ServiceNow integrations
• Strong expertise across ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, MID Server and CMDB
• Experience with REST APIs, OAuth, web services and enterprise integration patterns
• Knowledge of cloud platforms including Azure, AWS and/or GCP
• Experience with middleware technologies such as Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato or Kafka
• Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, with Python and PowerShell also desirable
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams
• Ideally pharma or life sciences sector experience

Rate: £600 per day Outside IR35
