Your new role
You will be joining at a pivotal time for the organisation as they undertake a major digital transformation programme to replace 2 core systems moving to a single ERP.
The role will focus on bringing structure, coordination and steady progress to a complex programme of work. You will work with senior colleagues, operational teams, technical specialists and implementation partners to support delivery planning, governance, business change and readiness activity across the life of the project. You will be working closely with the ERP provider to ensure smooth delivery whilst being able to communicate effectively between the two organisations.

What you'll need to succeed
The organisation are looking for someone organised, collaborative and delivery-focused, with experience of managing projects and change activity in complex environments. You will need strong planning and stakeholder management skills, a practical approach to governance and reporting, and the ability to work confidently with a range of colleagues and suppliers. Experience of ERP implementation (ideally TechnologyOne) and organisational change is key.

What you'll get in return
This is a long-term contract of 2 years (day rate, outside IR35). Ideally, you will be able to attend the site 2 days per week (this can be discussed on application), to start as soon as possible.
