Technical PMO – Cloud Migration (Payments)

London (Hybrid) | £400/day | Outside IR35 | 6 months

We're looking for a Technical PMO to support a major cloud migration programme for a payments business, tracking engineering readiness across application and platform teams as they move to a cloud-first operating model.

What you'll do:

• Own RAID logs, dependency tracking, and readiness reporting across engineering, platform, security and QA teams
• Track engineering blockers, evidence and prerequisites through to migration/cutover milestones
• Liaise directly with engineering leads to chase and verify technical readiness (not just report on it)
• Escalate risks and readiness gaps to Programme Leadership with clear recommendations

What you'll bring:

• Proven PMO/governance experience on a cloud migration or technology transformation programme
• Comfortable talking to engineers — working knowledge of Azure/AWS, networking, IAM, CI/CD, observability
• Payments or fintech background preferred
• Confident chasing accountability across multiple technical teams without formal authority

Outside IR35. Immediate start preferred.
