Business Change Project Manager at La Fosse Associates Limited, Solihull, £350-£400 per day

Our client, a specialist consultancy delivering transformation programmes across the Energy & Utilities sector, is seeking a Business Change Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale End User Device Refresh programme.

The programme will involve the deployment of approximately 3,000 end-user devices across a complex organisation, ensuring users are successfully transitioned to new technology and ways of working. The role will sit at the intersection of business change and project delivery, taking ownership of business readiness, stakeholder engagement, supplier management, governance, reporting and overall programme coordination.

• Lead delivery of the business change workstream for a large-scale device refresh programme.
• Develop and manage project plans, dependencies, risks and issues.
• Drive business readiness activities to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
• Engage and influence stakeholders across business, technology and operational teams.
• Coordinate communications, training and adoption activities.
• Manage third-party suppliers and implementation partners, ensuring delivery against agreed milestones.
• Provide governance, reporting and status updates to programme boards and steering committees.
• Monitor project progress and ensure delivery remains on track against timescales and objectives.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure business and technology activities remain aligned.

• Proven experience delivering technology-enabled business change programmes.
• Experience managing End User Device Refresh, EUC, Windows Migration, Digital Workplace or similar transformation initiatives.
• Track record of delivering projects impacting large user populations (1,000+ users).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and business readiness experience.
• Experience managing suppliers and third-party delivery partners.
• Strong governance, reporting and programme coordination skills.
• Previous experience within Energy, Utilities, Infrastructure or other complex regulated environments is highly desirable.
• Consultancy experience preferred.
