Senior Business Analyst (Salesforce)

12-Month Contract, Outside IR35, £650/day, London (4 days/week on-site)

We're hiring a Senior Business Analyst with deep Salesforce expertise to lead a major technology programme for a well-established, multi-site organisation operating across the UK and Europe.

In this role, you'll be the bridge between senior stakeholders and technical delivery teams, leading workshops, shaping solutions, and turning complex, ambiguous requirements into clear, actionable designs.

What you'll do:

• Lead requirements workshops across multiple stakeholder groups
• Map current/future-state processes and analyse cross-functional technology impacts
• Own standardised user stories, functional designs, and technical hand-offs
• Influence solution design working closely with developers and architects
• Track and report on delivery, QA, and system impact throughout

What you'll bring:

10+ years as a BA (5+ years at Senior level) in complex tech environments

Deep, hands-on Salesforce expertise (Sales/Service Cloud) — certification preferred

Azure DevOps essential; Microsoft Azure SaaS/PaaS a plus

A track record of measurable impact — come ready to talk numbers

Confidence facilitating workshops and influencing senior stakeholders

Comfort with ambiguity and delivering at pace, independently

Outside IR35. £650/day. 12-month contract. London-based, 4 days/week on-site.
