RPA  Business Analyst – Automation Programme
Outside IR35 | £500/day | Remote with Weekly Onsite | Until March 2027

We're looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a major Automation Programme focused on identifying and delivering high-value automation opportunities across a large and complex organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a programme that is transforming business processes through RPA, Power Platform and emerging AI technologies.

You'll work directly with operational stakeholders to discover automation opportunities, document business processes, develop requirements and support solutions through testing and implementation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading automation discovery workshops with business stakeholders.
• Identifying manual and repetitive processes suitable for automation.
• Producing AS-IS and TO-BE process maps.
• Gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Developing Process Definition Documents for automation developers.
• Supporting prioritisation of automation opportunities.
• Assisting with UAT planning, testing and benefits tracking.
• Working closely with technical delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.

We're Looking For

• Strong Technical Business Analysis experience.
• Previous Automation or RPA project experience.
• Excellent process mapping skills (BPMN or similar).
• Workshop facilitation and stakeholder management expertise.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive workstreams independently.

• Public Sector or Policing experience
• Governance and compliance knowledge

Contract Details

• Outside IR35
• £500 per day
• Contract until March 2027
• Predominantly remote
• Minimum one day per week onsite (Warwickshire)
• Immediate start available
