Senior Test Manager - AI, Claude, Banking, Start-Up

Xpertise have an urgent requirement for a Senior Test Manager - AI, Claude, Banking.

Candidates will have the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience as an Automation Test Manager
• Proven experience of multiple automation test tools - hands-on experience
• Strong background in start-up banking and challenger banking (beneficial)
• Deep knowledge of banking regulations and regulated delivery environments
• Demonstrable experience creating and owning test strategy and test governance
• Strong, clear documentation and reporting skills
• Hands-on testing experience (not purely management)
• Experience leveraging AI tools (eg Claude, ChatGPT or similar) within testing or QA workflows
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with cloud-native platforms and modern engineering stacks
• Automation strategy or framework ownership
• Experience preparing for audits, regulatory reviews, or go-live approvals
