ServiceNow Programme Manager |12-Month Contract | Outside IR35 | Remote |

We're working with a consultancy that has seen significant growth in its ServiceNow practice and needs an experienced Programme Manager to oversee several client engagements running in parallel.

You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of ServiceNow projects at various stages of delivery, working closely with client stakeholders, delivery leads, architects and technical teams to keep programmes on track and ensure clients are getting the outcomes they've been promised.

The work is largely centred around ServiceNow transformation and optimisation programmes, with a mixture of new implementations, platform enhancements and broader digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing multiple ServiceNow projects across different client accounts
  • Managing programme governance, reporting, risks, issues and dependencies
  • Working with delivery teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
  • Building relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Supporting account growth by identifying opportunities within existing programmes
  • Providing delivery assurance and helping project teams navigate challenges as they arise
  • Acting as the escalation point for complex delivery issues
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale ServiceNow programmes or platform transformations.
  • Good understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM and associated modules, with experience delivering ServiceNow-led transformation programmes.
  • Experience working within consultancies or managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Strong programme governance, risk management, and delivery oversight experience.
  • Demonstrable track record of delivering complex technology transformation programmes.
