We're working with a client delivering a major Data & Insight Transformation and are looking for an experienced Change Manager to drive adoption and engagement across the business.

This is a hands-on role where you'll shape and deliver the change strategy, ensuring teams are prepared, engaged, and equipped to embrace new ways of working.

What you'll be doing

• Leading end-to-end change management activities across the programme
• Creating and delivering change plans, communications, stakeholder engagement, and training
• Assessing business impacts and identifying risks to successful adoption
• Working closely with programme and delivery teams to align change activity with key milestones
• Building strong relationships across the business, driving engagement and managing resistance where needed
• Measuring readiness and adoption, using insights to continually refine the approach

What we're looking for

• Proven experience delivering change management across technology, digital, or data transformation programmes
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the confidence to influence at all levels
• Experience designing and delivering training and communications that support successful adoption
• Exposure to data platforms or data governance programmes would be a real advantage
• Prosci or another recognised change management certification is desirable
