Senior AI/Data Platform Developer

Contract: 1 September 2026 - 31 December 2026

Location: Fully Remote

Budget: \xe2\x82\xac50 - \xe2\x82\xac60 per hour

We are looking for a Senior AI/Data Platform Developer to design and build data-ingestion, database and agentic AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build a standalone data-ingestion component.
• Design database and platform architecture.
• Develop semantic data and access-control layers for AI agents.
• Enhance SQL, vector-database and skill-based agent frameworks.
• Develop and support RAG, vector-search and local LLM solutions.
• Deploy and monitor reusable AI agents and Front End components.
• Provide technical guidance, documentation and knowledge transfer.

Essential Skills

• Senior-level software development and architecture experience.
• Strong experience with RAG and vector search.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases.
• Experience integrating or running local or self-hosted LLMs.
• Experience developing AI agents and AI-enabled applications.
• Strong SQL, database and data-integration knowledge.
• Strong hands-on experience with Linux.
• Proficient with Visual Studio Code.
• Practical experience using Claude Code for software development.
• Experience with APIs, secure deployment and monitoring.
• Ability to work independently and make technical architecture decisions.

Desirable Skills

• Milvus.
• Qwen models.
• German-language embeddings.
• Ontology or semantic data modelling.
• Grafana.
