Programme Manager - Telco Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager to support a major transformation programme within a leading telecoms environment.

Working closely with senior leadership, you will take ownership of key programme workstreams, driving delivery across business and technology teams while managing risks, dependencies, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver large-scale transformation and operational change initiatives.
• Manage programme plans, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and provide C-suite reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Project Managers and Business Analysts.
• Ensure strong governance, controls, and programme reporting.

Essential Experience

• Proven experience as a Senior Programme Manager within a UK telecoms environment.
• Delivery of large-scale transformation and change programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing complex programmes in regulated environments.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive delivery outcomes.

Desirable

• TSA (Telecommunications Services Agreement) programme experience.
• Regulatory change programme delivery.
• Experience across both business and technology transformation initiatives.
