Business Analyst - Retail Energy

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a leading UK retail energy organisation, supporting the delivery of business and technology change initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and delivery partners to analyse business needs, define requirements, improve processes and ensure successful project delivery.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a technology or business change environment.
• Experience working in the UK retail energy sector or another regulated industry.
• Strong requirements elicitation, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with business process mapping and process improvement.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience supporting CRM, billing, customer, operational or business system change projects.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
