ESG Business Data Analyst - 6 months Initially - London Hybrid - Outside IR35

Duration: 6 months Initially
Rate: £490
IR35 Status: Outside IR35
Location: London 3-4 days per week onsite.

Essential experience and skills:

• 8-10 years' experience as a Business Data Analyst, ESG Data Analyst or Data Governance professional.
• Strong background within Asset Management, Investment Management or Financial Services.
• Hands-on experience with ESG data providers such as MSCI, Sustainalytics, ISS ESG, S&P Global ESG and CDP.
• Experience producing BRDs, FRDs, process maps, data mappings and business rules.
• Strong knowledge of ESG/sustainability datasets, corporate tree/issuer hierarchy data, data governance and data quality.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have experience:

• ESG certifications (CFA ESG, GARP SCR etc.)

Soft Skills:

• Highly organised and able to work with minimal supervision
• Experience operating within complex enterprise customer environments
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating within fast-paced project teams
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
• Proactive approach with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes
