🚀 Product Delivery Lead (Contract)

We're supporting a fast-growing, AI-native consultancy that's building a modern product engineering function from the ground up.

This isn't a traditional Delivery Manager role.

You'll join a small, high-calibre Product & Engineering team building AI-powered internal and client-facing products. They're looking for someone who can bring clarity to ambiguity, keep multiple workstreams moving, and help shape how the team operates as they scale.

📍 The Opportunity

💰 Day Rate: £600-650 per day

📅 Contract: Initial 6 months

📍 Location: Mayfair, London (3–4 days per week)

⚖️ IR35: Expected Outside IR35

🚀 Start: ASAP (happy to wait a couple of weeks for the right person)

🔨 What you'll be doing

✅ Drive delivery across multiple product initiatives

✅ Remove blockers and manage dependencies across Product & Engineering

✅ Own delivery reporting, milestones and risk management

✅ Facilitate agile ceremonies and continuously improve ways of working

✅ Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers and senior stakeholders

✅ Help a growing engineering team ship software faster without introducing unnecessary bureaucracy

🎯 What we're looking for

• Experience delivering software products within Product & Engineering teams
• Strong agile experience in modern product environments
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
• Able to influence without relying on hierarchy
• Pragmatic, low ego and highly collaborative
• Bonus if you've worked around AI, developer tooling or engineering platforms

This role will suit people who've worked in AI, B2B SaaS, FinTech or other high-growth technology businesses.
