Our client is transforming its Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework and supplier assurance processes. You will be supporting the design, implementation and embedding of improved governance, processes and controls across the third-party risk landscape.

Working with stakeholders across Procurement, Risk, Compliance, Information Security and business teams, you will help shape the future state TPRM operating model while taking ownership of key delivery activities. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can operate independently, engage with suppliers, establish effective processes and embed sustainable ways of working.

What will you be doing?

  • Support the design and implementation of an enhanced Third-Party Risk Management operating model.
  • Establish a central SharePoint-based third-party risk repository, including defining document structures, storage approaches and governance controls.
  • Develop and manage the supplier risk information collection process, engaging directly with suppliers to gather, validate and consolidate required documentation.
  • Improve supplier segmentation, due diligence, risk assessment and ongoing monitoring processes.
  • Create and enhance policies, procedures, controls and governance documentation.
  • Support the implementation of a new Third-Party Risk Management platform, including supplier data migration and integration into wider Vendor Management processes.
  • Roll out TPRM processes and governance frameworks across the organisation.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement and enhanced reporting.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on third-party risk management best practice.

What do you need to demonstrate?

  • Proven experience in Third-Party Risk Management, Vendor Risk Management, Supplier Assurance or related disciplines.
  • Experience implementing TPRM frameworks, governance processes and operating models.
  • Strong understanding of supplier due diligence, risk assessments, controls and regulatory expectations.
  • Experience working with Procurement, Risk, Compliance and Information Security stakeholders.
  • Experience managing supplier information, documentation and governance repositories (ideally SharePoint).
  • Experience supporting TPRM technology solutions, data migration or system implementation.
  • Strong process design, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership and deliver practical outcomes in a complex environment.
