QA Lead/Tester - Outside IR35

Contract Length: 12 Months
Location: Fully Remote
Rate: £350-£450 per day Outside IR35
Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for a hands-on QA Lead/Tester to join a long-term 12-month contract. You will lead the QA approach across solutions while remaining hands-on with testing and managing one other tester.

Must Have:

  • Hands-on QA Lead/Tester experience
  • Experience managing or mentoring 1 person
  • Strong ability to design and plan testing strategies for new solutions
  • SQL
  • Python
  • PyTest
  • PySpark
Nice to Have:
  • Experience working in complex technical environments
  • Experience defining QA processes and testing frameworks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
