SAP Security Consultant

Outside IR35 | Initial 2-month contract | Initial on-site onboarding in Barnstaple required

We're looking for an experienced SAP Security Consultant to assess a client's existing SAP security landscape and provide expert recommendations. This is a purely advisory role focused on reviewing the current security architecture, identifying Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts, and highlighting variances from the existing role template—no hands-on system changes are required.

Key requirements:

• Strong experience auditing SAP security roles, including Master, Derived, and Business (Composite) role structures.
• Proven ability to identify SoD risks, compliance gaps, and deviations from SAP security best practices.
• Experience working within large, multinational SAP environments.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Pharmaceutical or life sciences experience is highly desirable.

The successful consultant will deliver a clear assessment, risk analysis, and practical remediation recommendations for the client's internal technical team to implement.
