PMO Lead - Cloud/Azure
Hybrid working (2-3 days per week on-site)
Day rate - Outside IR35

We are seeking a PMO Lead to support a cloud workstream as part of a larger separation programme of work. The role will focus on establishing strong programme governance, providing oversight across the workstream, and ensuring consistent delivery standards across the programme.

Key skills and requirements,

• Strong experience working as a Senior PMO Lead within large enterprise programmes or transformation environments.
• Previous experience supporting a 'route to cloud' project
• Infrastructure and Apps (technical migration)
• Experience joining a project which is in mobilisation and delivery phase
• Closely work with suppliers to ensure successful delivery
• Experience supporting large separation, transformation, or change programmes, ideally with multiple workstreams.
• Proven experience establishing and managing programme governance, reporting frameworks, and delivery controls.
• Strong oversight of RAID management, programme planning, milestone tracking, and executive reporting
• Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders, programme leadership, and project delivery teams to ensure alignment and delivery
• Experience managing PMO processes across multiple concurrent projects and workstreams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate in complex programme environments.
