Process Business Analyst - Delegated Authority
We are seeking an experienced Process Business Analyst with strong Delegated Authority (DA) expertise to support a key transformation programme focused on enhancing Delegated Authority operations, governance, and onboarding processes for a client of ours in the London Market.
Working closely with business stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in defining the future-state Delegated Authority operating model, team structure, processes, and governance framework including process and technical improvements toCoverholder onboarding
This is an excellent opportunity for a BA with a strong operational and process improvement background who can bridge business requirements and practical implementation within a Lloyd's environment.
Key Skills and responsibilities;
This is an Outside IR35 opportunity paying a competitive market rate with an initial 6-month contract and strong extension potential. The role requires 3 days per week in the London office.

- Define and document the target Delegated Authority operating model including governance, team structure and on-boarding improvements
- Review current-state DA processes and identify opportunities for improvement and standardisation.
- Design and enhance Coverholder onboarding processes, focusing on efficiency, governance, and scalability.
- Analyse and improve Bordereaux management processes, including premium and claims bordereaux.
- Create detailed DA Process maps, documenting "AS IS" & "TO BE"
- Strong Stakeholder engagement experience
- Strong London Market Insurance experience
