Azure DevOps & Platform Engineer - Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, CI/CD

TrinIT Talent are looking for an Azure DevOps & Platform Engineer to join a leading organisation on an initial 6-month contract. This role is Outside IR35, paying £400 per day, with immediate starts available.

You'll be required onsite in London 2 days per week for the first 2 months, after which the role can be carried out fully remotely.

Job Description

You will play a key role in building, automating and supporting modern Azure cloud platforms, working across Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD technologies. This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll help deliver scalable, secure and highly automated cloud environments while driving platform standardisation and operational excellence.

You will be responsible for designing and managing Azure DevOps pipelines, supporting enterprise Kubernetes platforms, developing reusable Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, and collaborating closely with infrastructure, networking, security, application and database teams to deliver resilient cloud platforms.

Key Skills

• Proven experience as an Azure DevOps or Platform Engineer

• Strong Azure DevOps experience

• Enterprise Kubernetes administration and support

• Helm deployment management

• YAML configuration

• CI/CD pipeline design and automation

• Terraform Infrastructure as Code

• Azure cloud platform expertise

• Infrastructure automation and platform engineering

• Monitoring, logging and observability tooling

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale production environments

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Excellent stakeholder communication skills

• Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
