Azure Network Engineer - Azure, Terraform, Cloudflare, Megaport - Outside IR35 - London

TrinIT Talent are looking for an experienced Azure Network Engineer to join an enterprise cloud transformation programme on an initial 6 month contract. This role sits outside IR35, is paying £400 per day, and requires 2 days per week onsite during the first 2 months, before moving to a fully remote arrangement for the remainder of the contract.

Job Description:-

You will be responsible for designing, implementing and supporting enterprise-scale Azure networking environments, working closely with platform, security and DevOps teams. This is a hands-on senior engineering role where you'll design secure, resilient Azure networking solutions, automate infrastructure through Terraform, and support complex cloud connectivity across production environments.

Key Skills:-

• Strong commercial experience designing and supporting Azure networking solutions

• Expertise with Azure Virtual WAN, VNETs, NSGs, UDRs, VPN Gateway and ExpressRoute

• Experience delivering hybrid cloud connectivity solutions

• Strong experience with Megaport and Cloudflare

• Proven Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience using Terraform

• Experience working with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines

• Knowledge of Kubernetes and container networking

• Strong understanding of Azure security, governance and networking best practices

• Experience contributing to technical designs and architecture reviews

• Excellent troubleshooting, performance optimisation and problem-solving skills

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience working within large-scale enterprise Azure environments

• Able to hit the ground running with minimal onboarding
