The Candidate:
Our client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong knowledge of Trusts, Funds and Pensions to join their team on an initial 6-month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established organisation, engaging directly with clients to understand operational challenges and translate business requirements into effective system solutions. You'll play a key role in delivering change across trust, fund and pension administration environments while working closely with both business and technical teams.
Candidates with experience across specialist trust administration platforms will be highly sought after.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage directly with clients to understand operational and business requirements.
• Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and system requirements.
• Work closely with internal development and delivery teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Support change initiatives across Trust, Fund and Pension administration systems.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Produce high-quality business analysis documentation and process mapping.
• Travel to client sites across Guernsey, Jersey, the Isle of Man and other UK locations as required.

Required Skills & Experience:
Business Analysis:

• Proven commercial experience working as a Business Analyst.
• Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management and business process analysis skills.
• Experience producing functional specifications and supporting project delivery.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Domain Experience:
Strong experience within one or more of the following:

• Trust Administration
• Fund Administration
• Pension Administration
• Financial Services
• Wealth Management
• Private Banking

Systems Experience:
Experience with one or more of the following is highly desirable:

• Acumen
• Flying Boat
• Quantios
• Viewpoint
• Jobstream
