Senior Project Manager (NHS healthcare) at PRO PMs, South (Hybrid), £Contract Rate

We are seeking an outstanding Senior Project Manager to own the delivery from an NHS Trust of a key application system implementation.

This is a senior hands-on delivery role to drive and lead the project/programme for a particular NHS Trust. You must be superb with comms, planning, task management across workstream leads. Nothing fancy just being all over it, and getting a system live - fast and diligently. Communications skills and positive style/ethic with professional approach.

Must have the following:

• Proven senior-level delivery results within healthcare - evidenced big system application go-lives, not just healthcare or NHS on your CV
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills across clinical leadership, operational and technical stakeholders
• Expert project shaping, definition, and diligent detailed planning with strong financial controls
• Experience leading and directing others - workstream leads, junior PMs, and supplier delivery teams - holding all to account
• A relentlessly proactive delivery style with pace, quality and clinical safety awareness throughout
• You must demonstrate repeatedly delivering complex healthcare systems into live with quality outcomes and superb client feedback.
• Outside IR35 role. Hybrid working with onsite presence required for stakeholder engagement, key workshops and go-live activities.

• You are an infrastructure, networking or local infrastructure deployment PM (this role is application implementation not tech app migration)

• You cannot evidence repeated chunky high-quality healthcare delivery
