📢 New Contract 💼 Mid Level Business Analyst (B2B Commerce) Contract - Outside IR35 - 12 months!

🚀 I've already placed 36 amazing people with this client... I need a First Class Business Analyst to join this new programme. The role is to drive improvements across my clients B2B ecommerce and business systems. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, Product, Engineering, Data teams and external technology partners to deliver scalable solutions that improve customer and business outcomes.

🚀 What You'll Do

• 🤝 Partner with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and communicating risks, options and recommendations.
• 🛒 Analyse and improve B2B commerce processes, customer journeys and operational workflows.
• 📝 Translate complex business needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria and bug reports.
• 🔍 Investigate system, integration and data issues to identify root causes and support resolution.
• 🔗 Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data teams and third-party vendors to deliver successful outcomes.
• 📈 Drive continuous improvement across processes, data quality and ways of working.

✅ What You'll Bring

• ✔️ Strong Business Analysis experience within B2B ecommerce, wholesale, manufacturing or distribution.
• ✔️ Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and challenge constructively.
• ✔️ Experience working with complex systems, integrations and data.
• ✔️ Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
• ✔️ Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
