Power BI Developer | London Market Insurance | Outside IR35 Contract
Our sister company Stellarmann is seeking a Power BI Developer to join a leading London Market insurer on an initial contract until the end of the year. You'll play a key role in a major Reporting Transformation Programme, helping to modernise enterprise reporting by migrating Legacy reporting solutions onto a modern Azure-based data platform and Power BI architecture.
Working closely with underwriters, business stakeholders and Data Engineering teams, you'll design and develop scalable Power BI reporting solutions while helping to refine business requirements, create user stories and shape reporting architecture. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining hands-on Power BI development with stakeholder engagement and solution design.

You'll be a great fit if you have:
- Advanced commercial experience developing Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Strong DAX, SQL and Azure Data Platform experience (including Azure Synapse or similar).
- Experience with semantic models, dimensional modelling and star schema design.
- A track record of gathering and refining business requirements and working closely with business stakeholders.
- London Market or Commercial Insurance experience, with exposure to underwriting reporting. Delegated Authority/Bordereaux reporting experience would be highly advantageous.
