I'm currently partnering with a organisation who requires the support of a Test Manager across it's project teams for a website and applications revamp. In this role the Test Manager will take full ownership of the testing strategy and implementing a testing function whilst coordinating a 3rd party business partner.

• Proven experience as a Test Manager delivering within insurance or financial services.
• Strong experience testing regulatory or compliance-driven programmes.
• Solid understanding of insurance systems, processes, and data flows.
• Experience managing and coordinating third-party or offshore testing suppliers.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with Compliance and senior leaders.
• Strong knowledge of structured test methodologies and test governance.
• Ability to assess risk and provide clear, pragmatic assurance.
