Change Manager - Business Transformation Programme | 10 Month FTC/Interim |Outside IR35 | UK Remote

Our client, a large UK-based organisation, is running a major business transformation programme replacing a core operational system, and is looking for an experienced Change Manager to lead the business-side change activity through the rollout.

This is a hands-on delivery role covering readiness assessment, stakeholder engagement, training and adoption, and go-live/hyper-care support across multiple business teams, using a structured, wave-based rollout approach.

Contract Details

  • Length: 10 months (FTC/Interim)
  • Rate: depending on experience
  • Location: UK, remote occasional travelling across London
  • Start: Urgent - ASAP start required

Must-Haves

  • Strong, demonstrable experience delivering change within enterprise-wide technology implementations
  • Proven track record in organisational change, user adoption, training planning and communications
  • Experience working with structured rollout frameworks and repeatable deployment methodologies (eg wave-based or phased rollouts)
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills across all levels of an organisation
  • Ability to translate technical change into clear, business-focused language
  • Ability to produce high-quality change artefacts: comms packs, readiness assessments, training plans, impact assessments, RAID logs
  • Available for a 10-month FTC/interim engagement, UK-based, hybrid, with an urgent start

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with case/matter management, CRM or other workflow-driven platforms
  • Experience supporting Microsoft-based business systems change
  • Experience in professional services, legal, finance or other regulated, process-driven industries
