We are seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to support a large-scale ERP transformation programme. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile project, providing PMO support across planning, governance, reporting, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the PMO function across a complex ERP implementation
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, actions, risks, issues and dependencies
• Produce project status reports, dashboards and management information
• Coordinate governance meetings, steering committees and project documentation
• Track project progress and milestones using Azure DevOps
• Support resource planning, financial tracking and project controls
• Work closely with project managers, business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective programme delivery

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a PMO Analyst on large-scale transformation programmes
• Experience supporting ERP implementations
• Ideally experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
• Experience using Azure DevOps for project tracking and reporting
• Strong governance, reporting, planning and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
