Experis are partnering with a leading consultancy who are seeking an experienced Salesforce Test Manager to play a pivotal role in a high-profile greenfield Salesforce implementation. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the testing approach from the ground up, owning the Test Strategy, Test Planning, and Test Execution across a complex Salesforce ecosystem.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Salesforce Test Manager, you will be responsible for driving quality assurance throughout the programme life cycle, ensuring a seamless delivery of the Salesforce platform.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing the overall Test Strategy and Test Plan for the programme's enhancement and deployment phases
  • Defining test objectives, scope, approach, governance, and success criteria
  • Leading and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across multiple business teams
  • Creating, developing, and executing detailed test scenarios and test cases
  • Managing defect tracking, reporting, and resolution activities
  • Working closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and implementation partners
  • Providing clear governance, risk management, and quality assurance reporting throughout the project life cycle
  • Remaining hands-on where required to support successful test execution

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a delivery-focused Salesforce testing professional with a strong track record of leading testing activities within large-scale CRM transformation programmes.

Essential experience:

  • Proven experience as a Test Manager on Salesforce implementation programmes
  • Expertise in developing Test Strategies, Test Plans, and QA governance frameworks
  • Strong experience leading UAT planning and execution
  • Hands-on testing background with end-to-end test management capabilities
  • Experience supporting complex Salesforce integrations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Highly delivery-oriented with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Previous experience within CRM transformation or digital transformation initiatives

Salesforce Expertise

Strong experience across the following Salesforce products is highly desirable:

  • Sales Cloud
  • Service Cloud
  • Experience Cloud

Additional exposure to the following would be advantageous:

  • Marketing Cloud
  • Data Cloud
  • Salesforce Agentforce/Agentic AI capabilities
