With a strong focus on innovation, safety, and operational excellence, they are investing in technology and data to modernise how the business operates. The organisation manages large-scale international operations and is now entering a key phase of digital and AI-led transformation. This role will play a critical part in shaping that journey.
The Role and Deliverables
- Assess the current AI, data, and technology landscape to establish a clear baseline
- Define and deliver an enterprise-wide AI strategy aligned to business objectives
- Identify and prioritise high-value AI use cases across multiple business functions
- Advise senior stakeholders on AI opportunities, risks, governance, and best practices
- Deliver pilot initiatives and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate impact
- Establish the frameworks, policies, and operating model required for responsible AI adoption
Your Skills & Experience
- Proven experience leading AI, data, or digital transformation initiatives in complex environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work closely with executive leadership
- Knowledge of AI technologies including generative AI, automation, and data platforms
- Experience defining AI strategy, governance, and implementation roadmaps
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, commercially focused outcomes
- Experience in sectors such as logistics, transportation, or other operationally intensive industries is advantageous
