Delivery/Scrum Lead | AI Project | Outside IR35 | 6 Months Rolling

There is a group-wide AI knowledge platform that will underpin the organisation's future AI capabilities. As part of the wider Digital Factory, you'll play a key role in leading delivery across a complex, international programme, working with distributed engineering teams and strategic technology partners.

As Delivery Lead, you'll drive Agile delivery across blended teams in the UK, India and Romania, leading Scrum ceremonies, maintaining delivery governance and ensuring quality, pace and collaboration throughout the programme.

🚆ADHOC travel to Cheltenham

🛠️ Proven Scrum Master or Delivery Lead experience leading Agile delivery across distributed teams, with strong governance and stakeholder management skills; experience delivering AI, cloud or data platform programmes is advantageous.

You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and delivery partners, including Mesh AI, while helping shape the future operating model for the team.
