Contract Project Manager - Smart Buildings/Digital Construction at We Are Orbis Group Ltd, London, £500 per day

We're recruiting for an experienced Digital Project Manager to join an innovative technology business delivering smart building solutions across enterprise clients in the commercial real estate sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with a background in Smart Buildings, Digital Construction or Building Technology to lead the implementation of a market-leading platform across a range of high-profile customer environments.

The Role

You'll be responsible for managing multiple client implementations from initiation through to delivery, working closely with customers, internal technical teams and senior stakeholders.

Projects range from rapid implementations lasting just a few weeks through to complex enterprise deployments spanning up to 12 months. The platform includes solutions such as digital access, visitor management, room booking and wider smart workplace technology.

Essential Experience

• Proven experience delivering projects within Smart Buildings, Digital Construction, PropTech, Building Technology or a closely related sector.
• Strong end-to-end Project Management experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Comfortable working with demanding enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to travel to London and customer sites as required.

Desirable Experience

• Experience working for a software or SaaS organisation.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale implementations.
• Knowledge of smart workplace technologies, digital access, IoT or workplace management platforms.
• APM, PRINCE2 or equivalent Project Management qualifications.
