Senior Digital Transformation Lead - Hybrid (Europe) - Enterprise Planning, Supply Chain, Digital Transformation

TrinIT Talent are looking for a Senior Digital Transformation Lead to come on board for an initial 6-month initial contract based on a remote working contract with occasional travel across Europe. This role is Outside of IR35 and is paying £675 a day.

Job Description:-

We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Transformation Lead to support a large-scale Enterprise Planning transformation programme. You will lead the delivery of digital planning initiatives across Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Operations, driving process standardisation, planning technology deployment and business readiness across multiple European markets.

Working closely with business and technology stakeholders, you'll be responsible for programme governance, planning transformation, stakeholder engagement and ensuring successful adoption of new planning capabilities.

Key skills:-

• Proven experience leading Digital Transformation or Enterprise Planning programmes
• Strong Supply Chain Planning and Manufacturing background
• Experience with Enterprise Planning solutions such as OMP, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder or similar
• Strong programme management, governance and stakeholder management skills
• Experience delivering ERP/MES integrations and planning process improvements
• Knowledge of Demand, Supply, Materials, Scheduling and Inventory Planning
• Experience delivering planning analytics, reporting and KPI dashboards
• Excellent communication and change management skills
