MarTech Architect (Contract)
£600- £700 per day | Outside IR35

REED Technology are working with a client who are seeking an experienced MarTech Architect to play a key role in shaping the future of customer engagement, personalisation and AI-enabled marketing capabilities within a large-scale consumer-facing environment.
This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of marketing, data, technology and customer experience , helping define and deliver solutions that enable smarter, more personalised customer interactions across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Defining architecture solutions across Marketing Technology ecosystems
- Evaluating existing customer engagement, marketing and data platforms
- Supporting technology assessments, vendor evaluations and RFP processes
- Designing future-state solutions focused on customer personalisation and automation
- Identifying opportunities to leverage AI across marketing operations and customer engagement journeys
- Working closely with stakeholders across Technology, Product, Data and Marketing functions
- Producing architecture artefacts, solution designs and technology roadmaps
- Supporting delivery teams through implementation and adoption
Skills and Experinece
Essential
- Proven experience as a MarTech Architect, Solution Architect or Digital Architect
- Strong understanding of Marketing Technology ecosystems
- Experience with CRM, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), customer engagement or personalisation platforms
- Experience leading or contributing to vendor selection and RFP activities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate across architecture strategy, roadmap definition and delivery
- Experience working within complex digital transformation programmes

- Architecture ownership across MarTech or customer engagement solutions

- Strong business-facing consultancy skills
- The ability to move comfortably between strategic planning and hands-on delivery support
